Losing You Again. It's been awhile since we've spoken.
Since We've hugged and left our
hearts completely open.
Roaming freely to the rhythm
of a lost heart beat.
I'm trying to forget.
I'm trying to forget about the beautiful
tragedy that stole you away from me.
The one I dreamed of.
Yet I'm stuck.
Out of luck.
Retaking every step you used to make.
Breathing in the air you can no longer taste.
Regretting all the stupid mistakes I've made,
and wonder "what is it?... what was it that you
Remembering to forget about thinking of you.
Although you just don't seem to have a clue.
Reliving all our memories.
Just because that allowed us to fight our dreams.
It's been awhile.
Yet, missing you.
Missing you still isn't easy.
On the other sideShe swore she'd be fine,
on the other side of the rainbow,
when she was about to cross the line,
when my heart was falling apart into pieces
as she was one of those people-masterpieces
I'll never ever want to leave.
She swore she'd be fine, maybe she will,
running across that holy hill.
The only one who's into pieces
is the one that stayed,
because letting it go
it's the hardest thing to take.
No TitleThere she is
laying in her bed
all these thoughts
rushing through her head
she turns on some music
and plays it real loud
hoping that the bass
will pump those thoughts out
But nothing ever seems to help
so she takes the glass to hurt herself
she presses deep
and watches blood flow
hoping death will give her
a good place to go
As she slowly fades away
she only has one thing to say
if only someone had loved me
maybe I would have stayed
RegretsI'm tired of getting older
wasting my time
trying to be bolder
lying and saying i'm fine
I wish things were different
but I can't forget the past
all my memories are in it
but things are going so fast....
don't forget me
Word to youI wonder if you got some gift from skies,
when I see the way your smile shines
and if you wanted you could light up all the world,
making it all amazingly gold.
You should be careful who you trust,
these bright smiles often go off fast,
before they even have time to last.
You should be careful who you believe,
'cause if you're gonna be very naive
someone can go and steal your bright smile,
and it might get lost for a while.
There goes the word to you: never let anybody
to waste anything of you.
My EverythingI love you.
why can't you see?
that in your arms
is where I'm dying to be
just open your eyes!
listen to my plea
I would give you the world
if that's really what you need
I would capture the stars
so you could hold them in your hands
count out one hundred
tiny grains of sand
I would climb the tallest mountains
swim the deepest lakes
for just a minute of your time
it's a risk I would take
I'd scream out loud
or whisper in your ear
to let you know
I'll always be here
just let me hold you close
and someday you'll see
that nothing in the world
means more than you do to me
Genghis Whenever we were bad my mother used to take us to the mall to see Genghis Kahn. They kept him in a dusty diorama of a Mongolian steppe, all tall grass and yurts. He sat on a throne of bone (well, plastic shaped like bone), scowling in incomprehension at the American kids who flocked around him like startled lemmings. My mother would usually push us toward him, saying things like “Tell him what you did to your father’s stamp collection.” Genghis would give a grunt, spit a wad of phlegm onto the tall grass, and give us a wizened, wrinkled grimace, as if he had to go to the bathroom.
He terrified me.
My brother couldn’t get enough of him.
When my brother got caught in my mother’s evening dress, my mother grabbed us both and dragged us to Genghis. It was a slow day, and we were the only kids crowding him. “Tell him what you did,” my mother hissed a

It has certainly paid off, as many deviants flock to her page on a daily basis to let her know how much of an inspiration she is. We absolutely agree, and couldn't let all that hard work go without recognition, so it's with great pride that we bestow the Deviousness Award for March 2014, to ... Read More
